1. General Principles
At Hipsforceir, we aim to provide transparent and fair cancellation and refund terms. This policy applies to all paid consultation services, including individual sessions, multi-week programs, workshops, and household sessions booked through our website or directly via email or telephone.
By booking a paid service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in Dutch law, consumers who purchase services online have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason, starting from the day the service contract is concluded.
However, if you expressly request that services begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is complete, the right of withdrawal may not apply to the portion of services already delivered.
For single consultation sessions scheduled within the 14-day period, you may cancel before the session takes place and receive a full refund. Once a session has been conducted, the service is considered delivered and the withdrawal right for that session expires.
3. Cancellation by the Client
3.1 Single Consultation Sessions (60 minutes)
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled session: Full refund or free rescheduling to a new date and time.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: No refund. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, subject to a rescheduling fee of 25 EUR.
- No-show without prior notice: No refund. The full session fee is charged.
3.2 Four-Week Programs
- Before the first session: Full refund minus a 15 EUR administrative fee, or transfer to a later program start date at no charge.
- After the first session but before the second: 75% refund of the remaining program fee.
- After the second session: 50% refund of the remaining program fee.
- After the third session: No refund. The program is considered substantially delivered.
3.3 Workshops (90 minutes)
- More than 48 hours before the workshop: Full refund or transfer to a future workshop date.
- Less than 48 hours before the workshop: No refund. Transfer to a future date may be offered at our discretion.
- No-show: No refund.
3.4 Household Sessions (90 minutes)
The same cancellation terms as single consultation sessions apply (Section 3.1). If one participant cancels but others wish to proceed, the session may continue with adjusted content at the original fee.
4. Cancellation by Hipsforceir
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to consultant illness, office closure, technical difficulties (for video sessions), or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
- You will be notified as soon as possible via email or telephone.
- You may choose a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
- If rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued automatically.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations on our part, except in cases of emergency.
5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Please include your full name, booking date, and reason for cancellation. Refund requests are acknowledged within two business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.
6. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will arrange an alternative method such as bank transfer to the account from which payment was made.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after we process the refund.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital resource library access after download or activation
- Completed consultation sessions
- Administrative fees explicitly stated at the time of booking
- Services purchased during promotional periods where the promotion terms specify non-refundability (such terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase)
8. Dissatisfaction With Services
If you are dissatisfied with a consultation session, please contact us within 7 days of the session date. We take feedback seriously and will work with you to address your concerns, which may include:
- A complimentary follow-up discussion to clarify session content
- A partial credit toward a future session
- A partial or full refund in cases where the service demonstrably did not meet the agreed scope
Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations is not grounds for a refund, as our services are educational and we do not promise specific personal outcomes. See our Terms of Use for the full disclaimer.
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery. We encourage you to reach out to us directly, as most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to bookings made after the updated effective date. Bookings confirmed before a policy change remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of booking.
